Very good work!
I started paddling in the 1970s when safety and rescue was not considered. I thought that I knew a bit about it until a recent Alps trip made me realise how rusty I was.
This is an interesting and informative run through. Well done!
p.s. i love that you labelled ‘buttocks’!! classic!!!
it means people will always remember it too! x
This is brilliant work, very clear and informative, incredible camera work too, particularly of the swimming footage.
It has served as a fantastic refresher for my WWSR training
It would be great if you could make one for climbing safety? x
