CONFERENCE HOST: Apostle Wiley Hughes is the founder of Destiny Now World Outreach and Senior Pastor of Mount Carmel Church. He has served in full-time ministry for over 20 years. He is currently completing his Doctorate in Church Leadership at Oral Roberts University. He is an author of six books and many other resources designed to empower the Body of Christ. He has a mantle to change the Spiritual climate of Fayetteville, North Carolina as well as the nations. His Apostolic gift has influenced leadership all around the globe to increase the value of their own communities as well as revolutionize the church.

Wednesday Night:
Pastor Kimberly Nixon is a pastor’s pastor, teacher, singer, and lecturer who carries a message of hope, healing, and liberation. Under the leading and the guidance of the Holy Spirit, she has traveled abroad and has given birth to cross-cultural ministries within communities, churches, and hospitals. She is presently serving as the senior pastor of Williams Chapel Church, Spring Lake, North Carolina. Pastor Nixon continues to be active with leadership training, missions, mentoring, conference speaking, small group ministry structuring, pastoral counseling, and cross-cultural ministry. She enjoys reading, writing and traveling abroad. Pastor Nixon has a liberating and deliverance ministry. She proclaims the unadulterated Word to the masses and reaches out to serve the marginalized. Her focus at this season of life is imparting and casting vision into the hearts and minds of God's leaders and laity.
Thursday Night:
Apostle Kevin and Pastor Sheila Robinson are the pastors and founders of the Divine Empowerment International in Fayetteville North Carolina and Divine Empowerment International Ministries Inc… DEI is a 21st century multi-cultural ministry whose focus is to reach the hearts of all generations with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Apostle Kevin currently serves the N.C. Conference of the IPHC, as the director of African-American Ministries, a member of the Evangelism board, the chairman of the African-American Advisory Committee, as well as, a Life Coach for several pastors in the N.C. Conference. Apostle Kevin and Pastor Sheila Robinson are known for their powerful God given revelations of God’s word, a love for family and healthy relationships, community development and outreach, as well as a special love for youth ministry. They have always worked as a team in ministry. They were married on January 3rd 2003 and have parented 7 children together.
Friday Night:
Pastor Duane Blease is a graduate of Lee University and Emmanuel College and is a prolific communicator, gifted speaker, talented musician and singer. He has served in various capacities of full-time ministry for more than 15 years and has had the privilege to minister in over 40 states as well as 9 other countries. He is passionate about men’s ministry and mentoring young men. He has been married to his beautiful wife Alesha who has supported him in ministry for 14 years. Pastor Duane Blease is the Associate Pastor of Northview Harvest Ministries. He is a teacher of the Word with a passion for excellence in ministry.
