The tenth song of the album “The Lay of Thrym” by the Faroese folk metal band “Tyr”. Tyr’s offcial website: www.myspace.com Lyrics: Hammertheft and all the world bereft Of reason and of right overnight Left between a tyrant’s temper mean And treason and betrayal, cold and stale Hue and cry, I can’t sit idly by We’re hostages to greed, intercede All you have is illgotten gain You stand only for your own Any man may throw you off the throne Seat will not be set for thee At the league of free nations May this mark the end of your reign Let the lay of Thrym be heard Leave no tyrant out there undeterred Thunderstruck theocracy This theodicy heathen In the end the giant was slain Hammer home to any despots dome That tales of tyranny end with me Hue and cry, I can’t sit idly by We’re hostages to greed, intercede All you have is illgotten gain You stand only for your own Any man may throw you off the throne Seat will not be set for thee At the league of free nations May this mark the end of your reign Let the lay of Thrym be heard Leave no tyrant out there undeterred Thunderstruck theocracy This theodicy heathen In the end the giant was slain

Except that most Norwegian warriors around that time didn’t even get over 5’5”… And I thin you mean bare hands. I think he might have a chance if he had bear hands.
haha took the words right out of my mouth
da-da-da-da-douchebag!
Pfft, I crushed a rat with a boulder when I was 10. It was a bloated, disease ridden beast who took several lives before that fateful day (or so they say). I will never forget those glistening, pus coated teeth as it crouched down, ready to spring at my face. Just then I threw the boulder down with a blunt smack! Fearful of the beast’s reemergence from under the stone, I then stepped upon it and ensured death by the sound of crunching bones. Then my brother told on me. And I was grounded.
Epic.
Killing has nothing to do with understanding metal.
I wish I had bear hands.
Are you telling another human to take on a fictional creature?
Fighting a Frost Giant would be badass, it’s a shame that Thor had to end them all.
uh, my level 12 necrowizard could easily beat a level 3 frost giant, duh
