Great Video!! Would like to ask for you to make another video on wearing goggles with your swim cap, and what works better, to either have your goggle strapps under the cap or on the outside. Thanks!!

You can kinda tell the difference between silicone and latex by the way it smells. Latex has a bit of a scent to it, silicone really doesn’t have any scent.

I don’t believe you could tell the difference just by looking…But if you could feel them, you would be able to tell that the silicone is a little bit thicker and feels, I guess the word is stronger. It doesn’t stretch as much and as easily as the latex does. I like to think of latex caps as a slightly stronger balloon. It has the same characteristics. And cloth caps are just to keep your hair out of your face, water can still get in, so they don’t protect from chlorine.

Is there any way to know if a cap is silicone or latex just by looking at it? I couldn’t find it on the bag. And are cloth caps good too?

Thanks for a great video! I was hoping you would also say something about latex vs silicone in the video but I just saw your comment above :-)

@bizarrasp I’ve tried using 2 caps at once but for me it just gives me a headache and makes my head feel heavy. I don’t think it would protect your hair any more than using one cap :)

    - of two caps breaking sooner than one. Hope that helps! If you have any more questions, I’d be glad to try and answer them! :)
