Customers of Gillece Services and Pittsburgh area residents have had an early start to turning on and starting up their central home air conditioning systems. Due to the unusually mild and event-free 2012 winter season and premature spring-like, even summer-like temperatures, Gillece has been managing customer calls and cooling complaints with a newly designed no-complaint A/C Start-up Service in Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Washington, and Westmoreland counties.
The seasonal air conditioning check-up has been expanded to include even more check points and newly renamed as Gilleys Seasonal A/C Start-up Service. For any customer cooling complaint, and for a mere $ 19.95, a customer will receive a complete Seasonal A/C Start-up including a check for potential problems that may prevent an air conditioner from starting when it needs to, and a guarantees that it is currently in safe condition for operation and up to manufacturer standards. Gillece Services believes that just like a customers vehicle, a customers air conditioning system requires a maintenance review in order for it to continue to start and run safely, and work to its maximum potential. For several months out of the year, an air conditioning unit is outside, not operating, and exposed to harsh conditions. Yet, every year when its turned on, it is expected to run at full capacity. Gillece Services knows that this is not always the case.
The $ 19.95 newly designed service prevents customer complaints about cooling problems such as:
